Mindfulness is about living more in the present moment, appreciating the here and now, and not dwelling too much on the past or future.
I work collaboratively with clients to explore habitual physical patterns, emotions and behaviours with the aim of developing more positive pathways to feeling more at at ease.
Mind/body awareness practices encourage dissolving old habits and patterns and replacing them with more helpful and positive ways of being.
We can develop new practical skills to support managing your well being, reduce stress and develop the capacity to make sustainable positive life choices.
Introducing kindness and compassion helps develop these attitudes for yourself and others

Shamanic healing
Shamanism is an ancient spiritual tradition which understands that all living things : animals, plants, stones rocks etc have consciousness, are interconnected, and are imbued with their own spiritual essence.
The shaman can be understood as a conduit or messenger between the invisible spirit world and the physical world and their role is to create equilibrium and heal that which is out of balance. The shaman acts as an ‘empty vessel’ through which healing is guided from the spirit world often using natural objects such as feathers, stones, rattles and drum to facilitate the process.
Present day shamanic healing combines ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding of healing and therapeutic practices and is used to help restore: spiritual, physical and emotional balance, manage stress, and facilitates a sense of belonging and connection with nature and the living world.
